  • One to one advice delivered by health professionals, with support and follow up, once a week over a six-week period. Practice nurses, pharmacists, stop smoking advisors and physical activity advisors can provide this service.
  • Specialist Stop Smoking Groups delivered by trained Stop Smoking group-work advisors, with client support over seven weeks and run in the local community.
  • Pregnancy Stop Smoking Clinics six week one to one advice delivered by Specialist Stop Smoking advisors. Clinics will be held in West Berkshire Community Hospital and Wokingham Community Hospital.
  • ‘Kick Your Habit’ Stop Smoking Distance Learning. Accessing our courses and clinics is not always possible. Using the self-help booklet “Giving up for Life” enables a greater degree of flexibility in the services we are able to offer you. Contact can be made by either; phone, mail or email. As you use the self-help booklet, we can support and monitor your progress and offer additional materials as needed. If you can’t get in to see us this may be the ideal service for you.
