to download this document:
On PCs
Position the mouse over the image of the report. Click the right
hand button on your mouse. This will bring up a menu. Select the
'Save Target As' option. This will download the document. A 'Save'
window will then appear. Choose where you want it saved and click
'Save'.
On Apple Macs
Hold down the 'alt' key and click on the image of the report. This
will download the document in the 'Download Manager'. It will be
saved in the location that is set in the 'Preferences' for downloading
