Stop Smoking Services in Reading

The Reading Stop Smoking Service provides a variety of free services to support smokers who wish to stop smoking. An outline of these services is given below. Reading Services

• Group Courses. Held at various venues around Reading, daytime and evening causes are run by trained specialist stop smoking advisors. Clients attend for six weekly sessions, each lasting one hour.
• 1-2-1 Courses. Run by trained specialist stop smoking advisors. Held at various venues around Reading, daytime, evening and weekends. Clients attend for six weekly sessions, the first session is 30 mins, sessions thereafter are 15-20 mins.
