Fear of Cycling Course for the Novice Adult!

Do any of the following apply to you?

  • Scared of getting back on a bike
  • Worried about cycling in traffic
  • Would like to be confident to cycle with your partner or children
  • Need some guidance with bike maintenance
  • Would like to cycle to work
  • Forgotten the basics of cycling proficiency
  • Want to get fit and tone up

If you are a novice or inexperienced at cycling or have not cycled since childhood but would love to gain saddle and road confidence this is the course for you!

What will you learn?

This five week Fear of Cycling course will teach
you the basics about bike handling, cycling safety
and introduce you to some beautiful cycle routes
around Newbury.

Towards the end of the course when confident
we will help you gain confidence in light traffic.

Day: Mondays 6.30-8.30
Meeting Venue: Newbury College, Service Road.
Price: £24 for five weeks
Starting: Monday 18th April 2005 (18, 25 April & 9, 16, 23 May)
